Scottish Members Points Competition

BSPS Scottish Members Points Competition 

Each year the BSPS Scottish Branch runs a points competition for our members.  To be eligible members ponies must be registered with BSPS Sawtry.  Ponies must be registered each year and points will begin to be accumulated after the registration date. 

Presentations of Rosettes and Trophies will be made at the annual BSPS Dinner, Dance & Presentation Evening held in November each year.

Points are awarded to BSPS Scotland members on BSPS registered ponies in the following classes at all Scottish Branch and their Affiliated Summer Shows held from April to September. For 2024 the BSPS Scotland Spring Show held on the 30th March will be included.

Classes that are eligible for points are;

Open Show Ponies

Lead Rein, First Ridden, 128cm, 138cm, 148cm, Intermediate SRT

Novice Show Ponies

Mixed Height

Open Show Hunter Ponies

Lead Rein, First Ridden, 122cm, 133cm, 143cm, 153cm, Intermediate SHT

Novice Show Hunter Ponies

Mixed Height

Open Working Hunter Ponies

Cradle Stakes, Nursery Stakes, 133cm, 143cm, 153cm, Intermediate WHP

Novice Working Hunter Ponies

133cm, 143cm, 153cm, Intermediate WHP

Heritage Open

For 2024 the points competition standings will be published after each show.  Please check regularly to ensure your results are correct.
